Delivery

  1. Delivery Coverage

    We currently provide delivery services across the United Kingdom.

  2. Dispatch Time

    All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within one (1) working day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  3. Delivery Timeframe

    The estimated delivery time is two (2) to three (3) working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or postal disruptions.

  4. Delivery Service Provider

    All deliveries are handled by Royal Mail or equivalent courier partners where necessary.

  5. Delivery Fees

    All delivery costs are included in the total order price. No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged at checkout.

  6. Tracking Information

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details to monitor your shipment.

  7. Delivery Responsibility

    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for any delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

    Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer. In the event of a delivery issue (e.g., lost, delayed, or damaged parcels), please contact us within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date, and we will liaise with Royal Mail to resolve the matter where possible.

  8. Returns and Replacements

    If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within seven (7) days of receipt by contacting our customer service team with your order number and relevant photos (if applicable). We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  9. Force Majeure

    We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, postal strikes, or transport disruptions.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other approved payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payments are charged at the time of order placement. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.

We use SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to ensure that your payment details remain private and protected at all times. We do not store or have access to your full card information.

If your payment is declined or an error occurs during processing, please contact your bank or our customer service team for assistance. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been successfully received.
