Each 5 g stick contains a complete pre- and intra-workout formulation: 1,000 mg of BCAAs in the classic 2:1:1 ratio, 250 mg of HMB-Ca, and 250 mg each of L-arginine, L-citrulline, L-glutamine and L-ornithine.

The carbohydrate comes from 1,227 mg of Cluster Dextrin® — a patented highly branched cyclic dextrin from waxy corn starch, easier on the stomach than conventional sugars with a more gradual energy release. For focus, 75 mg of EnXtra®, a patented caffeine-free galangal extract, DNA-authenticated for purity: use it alone for an evening session or stack it with your morning coffee.

THE VITAMIN LAYER

A complete premix anchored by vitamin C (55 mg) — which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise — rounded out with BioPerine® and 1,000 mg of citric acid.

SERVED CLEAN

Light cherry-acerola flavour; the red comes from beetroot pigment, not artificial colours. Mix one stick in 250 ml of cold water 15–30 minutes before training, sip through your session, or take it straight after. Not for children under 12.
