Okinawa Wild Herbs Active Enzymes

15 fermented Okinawan herbs · DigeZyme® five-enzyme complex · fully vegan · 3 capsules a day

FOOD IS MEDICINE

Okinawa has a saying — kusuimun, "food is medicine." It captures a whole philosophy of everyday eating built on the island's wild herbs and fermented foods. This 30-day blend distils that philosophy into a daily capsule, built on two pillars: wild herbs and fermentation.

FIFTEEN HERBS, LACTIC-ACID FERMENTED

Peucedanum japonicum (the "longevity herb"), bitter melon, Okinawan spinach, sweet potato leaf, guava leaf, mulberry leaf, two turmerics, island ginger and garlic, fennel, Java tea and two mugworts — grown under intense sun in coral-derived soil, then transformed by traditional lactic-acid fermentation.

ENZYMES AND CULTURES

DigeZyme®, a microbial five-enzyme complex — amylase, protease, lipase, cellulase and lactase, each acting on a different component of food — joined by papaya extract with its enzyme papain, plant-origin lactic acid bacteria and Bifidobacterium cultures, white peach blossom extract and chlorophyll from chlorella.

FULLY PLANT-BASED

Vegan formula in a plant-based HPMC capsule, made in Japan. Note: contains wheat (from fermented wheat bran) and aspartame, a source of phenylalanine. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
