There is a Japanese phrase — kōnenki — that translates roughly as "the change of the years": midlife as a season to be lived through with attention, not treated as a problem. For Japanese women, soy has been daily food for centuries — miso, tofu, edamame, natto. This formulation reflects that tradition in tablet form.

THE AGLYCONE DIFFERENCE

Most soy isoflavones in food are glycosides — bound to sugars, needing specific gut bacteria to unlock before absorption. Aglycones are the sugar-free form, absorbed directly. This formula uses a high-concentration extract standardised to ≥80% aglycones, delivering around 34 mg of daidzein and genistein per daily serving.

Lactobionic acid from lactose fermentation, linked in Japanese research to isoflavone metabolism; Pomella® pomegranate extract (~42 mg polyphenols); wild yam root standardised to diosgenin; sea calcium from the red marine algae Lithothamnion, harvested from cold North Atlantic waters; and vitamin D3 at 111% NRV.
